Amit Rehela began his journey into yoga at a young age, drawing inspiration from the teachings of saints who introduced him to the principles of Bhakti and Karma Yoga. His dedication led him to spend considerable time with his masters, delving deeply into the many dimensions of yoga. As a 10-year-experienced E-RYT 500-hour certified trainer with Yoga Alliance, Amit specializes in teaching Philosophy, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative Yoga.

Amit’s teaching methodology is rooted in an alignment-based approach, heavily influenced by the Iyengar tradition. Known for his humility and kindness, Amit balances his teaching style with a disciplined focus on building strong foundations and ensuring precision in yoga asanas. Over the years, he has successfully trained hundreds of yoga practitioners, guiding them towards mastery and confidence in their practice. He has taught yoga in more than 40 teacher training courses and served as the lead teacher in many of them.

Based in Dharamshala, India, Amit is the founder of Dharna Yogshala, where he continues to share his knowledge and passion for yoga. His classes emphasize aligning the body and mind while adapting asanas and techniques to suit the needs of each individual, ensuring accessibility and safety. Amit’s ultimate goal is to create a solid foundation for his students, equipping them to teach yoga with confidence and authenticity.

Atul Mishra was Born in a small hometown in Uttar Pradesh. He started his Yoga journey at an early age as it is his family background. From childhood, he has been trained by his family members in yoga Practice, and he has always loved practicing Yoga. That is why he decided to pursue his career as a Yoga Teacher. After completing his Degree in Bachelor in science, he didn’t feel right, so he decided to study further in yoga. He started his Yoga education at one of the prestigious institutions, Kaivalyadhama Institute, Lonavala, in 2011, where he did his PG Diploma in Yoga. When he started, he did not know how he would make Yoga his career, but he kept one thing in his mind, he would be consistent in his Self-Practice. In his yoga career, he has learned various styles of yoga under different gurus.

So far, he has conducted more than 20 Yoga teacher training and workshops in Singapore, Bali, Jakarta, China, and Vietnam, where more than 1000 students have appeared. He has specialized in Vinyasa, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Vinyasa, Antigravity Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Sivananda Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Power Yoga.

Now, he can proudly say that he has worked in multiple Asia-Pacific countries. He started his teaching in Zhoukou, China. Later in 2016, he shifted to Indonesia for Yoga teachings. He did not realize when Indonesia would become his second home as he worked there for over five years. To name a few companies that he has worked with, such as but not limited to Just Yoga fit, Yoga City, Star Yoga, etc. Moreover, he has worked in various roles, such as Yoga Team leader, Yoga Teacher, wellness consultant, and Master Yoga Trainer.

Atul Mishra believes that Learning Should never be stopped. Yoga motivates him to become a better person and helps him to live life in a better way. He practices yoga not as an exercise but as a way of life.

Kunal Chib was raised in a North Indian Hindu family, where yoga and spirituality were deeply ingrained in his upbringing. Inspired by his grandfather, a devout follower of Lord Krishna who practiced pranayama and meditation daily, Kunal developed a keen interest in yoga from an early age. His grandmother and mother’s devotion to Lord Shiva through Bhakti Yoga further fuelled his curiosity, sparking his spiritual journey during his teenage years.

Kunal pursued his academic and yogic education with dedication. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree, he went on to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from Himachal Pradesh University. Seeking to deepen his understanding of yoga, he earned a diploma in Yoga Education from the same university. Kunal then served as a teacher at DPS Badhani, a boarding school, for five years.

Driven by a desire to explore yoga more profoundly, Kunal relocated to the Dhauladhar Mountains in McLeod Ganj, Dharamshala. Under his Guruji’s guidance, Kunal mastered meditation techniques and spiritual principles. He completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in Dharamshala, followed by advanced training in multi-style therapeutic yoga, earning his 300-hour YTT in 2015. Subsequently, he completed his ERYT 500-hour certification under the continued mentorship of his guru.

Throughout his training, Kunal developed a strong understanding of body biomechanics and the use of props in yoga practice. His expertise spans multiple styles, including Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga-Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, and Restorative Yoga.

Kunal passionately shares his extensive knowledge of anatomy and the art of teaching. Known for his positive and engaging teaching style, he inspires students with his commitment to yogic principles and practice.
